WHO & WHERE WE ARE:

Located in Barcelona, PLATEA is a company founded in 2015 with the aim to provide to our customers the know-how of 35 years’ experience developing technology for the printing plates industry. In a first stage we were mainly focus on developing technology for the printing plate manufacturing industry, as well as a consultancy services for printing plates manufacturers who required our service.

In 2016, due to our privileged position as a technology supplier, we started to produce and sell our own printing plates, using our technology and implementing the highest QC standards.

In 2021, we made our PLATEA family bigger and stronger, with the joining of a talented and huge experienced team in different areas of the company, such an R&D, Technical application, QC and Sales.

Our headquarters are located in Barcelona (Spain), with a branch office in Mendoza (Argentina) to cover LATAM markets.

Platea’s philosophy is based in a very simple formula: PLATEA = Q.S.P. (Quality, Service, Price)
